Mill
Creek Farm B&B requires a major credit or charge
card for confirming and holding your room reservation. No amount will
be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation.
Accounts are to be fully settled upon check-in
with a major credit card or with cash.
CONFIRMATION
Your reservation
and room rate will be confirmed in writing via Email
or by phone.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
In
the event you must cancel or change a confirmed
reservation a $25.00 administrative fee will be charged
provided that notice reaches us at least 14
days before your scheduled arrival. Reservations
cancelled or changed with less than 14 day’s
notice are deemed to be 50% refundable. Reservations
cancelled within 7 days are charged at 100%.
Please understand that changing
the dates of a reservation is the same as canceling
and re-booking.
.PARKING
Ample off-street
parking is available in close proximity to the inn
and to the stable/barn complex. Larger vehicles,
including campers and horse vans, may be safely parked
in a designated area.
SMOKING
Within
the manor house we maintain a tobacco-free
environment. Outdoor smoking is permitted.
CHILDREN & PETS
Special Arrangements
can be made for Children and Pets.
$30.00 a night pet charge applies.
